Well keep reading and we'll answer all of your questions^^

what is your true self?

Like from what you might have seen from our Wonderland website, your true self is how you act and think without pressure and/or societal norms. Does this mean that any and every thought or slight action is your true self? Nope! Although a lot of us do have nasty habits or impulses when we're alone, does it mean that is our entire personality or that it even defines us in any way. No, your true self is one of the many personalities you have when you're not around anyone, a personality that is only let out when your guard is down. We as humans naturally have different personalities for different social events, situations, and groups. Have you ever noticed that you are more PG and friendly when your parents are around but you're more Rowdy and ambitious when you're around a close group of friends? Those are different selves or personalities that you made for those groups. But what are you like when no one's around? And I mean no one. When your friends gone to bed when you're home alone what do you act like and what do you think about? That is your true self. It could be unkept,it can be lazy, it can be awkward,it can be selfish, But that is still undoubtedly 100% you. That is your true self, in all its unflattering non-socialable Glory.

true self care

Like anything a part of you, your hair, your skin, your teeth. you have to take care of your trueself. You might be wondering how you can possibly do that, It's not necessarily a physical thing that you can wash or brush. And then you might be thinking about therapy, like how you take care of your mental health. Therapy can be good in some aspects, but therapy and medications are designed to hope you with mental problems that affect your ability to socialize and work. It's not something very effective for something that comes out when you're alone. And because they're so work and social focused they might not care about your true self at all. So what's the best solution? The best solution is to let your true self out in the controlled nurturing environment with no judgment. This can be your room by yourself, or with a group/community of non-judging people that love you for who you are. That can be anyone from parents, siblings, friends, or organizations. Not bottling up your true self in letting you know it once in a while will help you learn more about yourself and help you feel more confident as your exploring yourself in an environment that loves you unconditionally. It's best to avoid bottling up too much of your true self as it makes you feel bad about mindset about yourself, you can also make you more compulsive.
